it is. not really marked. i can draw you a map if you like. pm me. also its a difficult trail make sure your group is experienced. getting into the second bowl is also a challenge. let me know if you need a hand i may head in tehre this weekend,.

where do you recommend to stay there?

Where do you recommend to ride there or is there someone out there who we could hook up with to lead us in the right direction.

Hello

Very cold day up on the hill today.

Conditions were a bit off this weekend with the cold weather last week and high winds. There was excellent snow available for those willing to get off the beaten path, but the common areas and trails are ridden for sure. We could use some snow, but their is lots left.

I would have to say that Clemina still has the best conditions of the main areas and lots of good riding left within.

Quiet out there today with only 27 riders at Allan and 40 at Clemina, Chappell saw a total of 37 riders this weekend..........

My thermometer on my pack limits out at -30 and she was pinned today, but the forecast is looking good for next week.

Saw you briefly on Saturday in Danger Basin. I was the one riding with Tyler on the white M8. Conditions were pretty decent in Danger Basin and Morning Glory this weekend, but snow would be muchly appreciated. Clemina Hillclimb area is severely pounded. Goat's Ridge, Danger Basin and now Morning Glory are pretty pounded too after we got done with them. Helmet cam video to come whenever I get a chance!

Will be in Valemount for the first time this Friday, riding for 6 days. Two black RMK's, a M1000 and my white XP. Look forward to meeting some of you guys out there. Hope it's snowing and warmer than it is here in Manitoba!

Currently a nice -12 snowing and blowing hard:d.

We got about an inch or two overnight in town and its still coming. zhopefully we will see a good dose for the hills this weekend.

Finn is a pretty wicked area to ride, we rode there 2 days this past wknd and found some wicked powder both days. (Pictures coming) Red Sands is decent too. Blue River tends to have a little bit more snow then valemount does right now.. and was defantly warmer thats for sure..

We rode two weekends ago but the pics are still on buddies camera and he's quite lathargic when it comes to getting the pics out to the people that want to see them. I should have them this weekend and will post as well as we are riding again this weekend so there should be some more, but you'll have to wait till january to see them as that's when I might see them.

Sounds like the conditions are great out there after the last snowfall. Roughly 8-12" in the Allan Creek lot this morning.

Here's pics from our ride on Saturday, the 12th. Also rode Sunday but too cold to take pictures. Have lots of helmet cam videos but need time to edit. For those wondering, the short end of the torsion spring came out on the XP. And in the picture with my M8, I went over backwards/sideways right after the pic was taken lol.

Just about to start our AST1 course. Rode Clemina today but no PICS..A very hard underlayer with about 12" snow on top. Hit some of them today. At first thought it was rocks. Kinda tricky riding along with the poor visibility. I can see way the high avy warning. Will be a good weekend for some avy field training. Tghen maybe hit Allen on Sunday.
