would anyone be interested in a racing UTVS?

i know of a motocross track who allows UTVs on it and its a blast.

think of how much fun it would be if there was a couple UTVS out there ripping it up.

NOS (Northern Off Road Society, non-profit) in Fort Mcmurray held such an event end of August 2012 with great success (). Not sure when next UTV races will be but they were working on the track this past weekend.
With the increasing owners of UTV/SxS, I can see a huge increase in such venues all over.

I think one major issue holding the sxs racing back on smaller venues is the safety requirements. Stock cages and belts just won't cut it. Lots of sxs's out there but not to many with the safety equipment to race.

The Alberta Triple Crown has a UTV class, there are 6 races this year.....

Brooks, Slave Lake, Calgary, Rewater, Grande Prairie, Rimbey......

alberta atv triple crown#

Facebook ... ATV(Quads) racing Western Canada

this is right up my alley..

read the rules it mentions no changes to stock displacement bore stroke etc.

what would forced induction (turbo kit) be considered?

technically it is factory cylinder/head/stroke all that

i couldnt find any rules stating against it.

thanks!

Just recieved the ruling....Forced induction are allowed, they will run together with naturally asperated, until there are enough to seperate and run in there own class....

See you at the races.....
