Yep...seen a few recently that think it's cool to sprint thru parking lots and roal coal in a 200foot space.
Whether it's the real world or internet, I could care less about what other people think about my rides, what I wear or what I spend my 5 figure income on. Am I out to piss people off.,,, no, do I, maybe in some cases. Life is too short, they will get over it. It just comes down to opinions, just like assholes, everyone has one.

its hard to make friends when your awesome, look at Mike many #####, he has no friends

I got nothing against the lifted diesel trucks just the douches that go up and down my neighbourhood that think there bad ass

What's with all the hate for lifted trucks, especially diesels?

Seems like a lot of people just despise the guys with diesel trucks if they don't use every remaining ounce of GVRW or pulling power everyday. Some guys just prefer the sound and feel of a bigger truck with some compression ignition for power. They also have larger cabs and beefier components and may hold up better in an accident. And so much easier to make power with tuners etc. I don't condone rolling excess coal but the tunes these days are getting much cleaner and the cops are cracking down. Anybody can be an idiot, you don't need a diesel blowing black smoke to be one.

A lot of guys are also judging others on driving diesels because they are so pricey to purchase and maintain. How does that affect them? Not in the least. It's not like you're paying their bills.

And as for lifted trucks that aren't raced in the baja or mudded every weekend, why the hate there? I kind of relate it to turbo'd sleds. Most guys who are boosted sure as heII aren't racing hillclimbs or pulling gnarly chutes everytime they're out. And that's no biggie, more power to you, literally.

I agree there are guys out there who are dumb a$ses who own lifted diesels, wear backward hats, white Oaks, tatties hanging out the window, ball sack on the hitch, Polaris on the back blowing smoke everywhere but no need to stereotype everyone.

You had me till the Polaris thing....friends off

Because.... i dunno lol. Why does this site hate half tons so much.... cause its Berta. Need to roll coal and do 100 mph in your diesel 3/4 ton with your slip tank to be cool. Sadly that stereotype fit many in said lifted diesels on the road I drive everyday and since you stick out like a sore thumb you get more attention. Honestly I really don't care what you drive.. just don't hit me or get in the way lol. I personally don't want to daily something that has an engine I only find useful in a tractor/highway tractor and I don't want any pickup to be at an unusable height for work or hauling things... so I won't own one. But i couldn't care less if you do.

Fair enough.

I think you make a good point that they do stick out like a sore thumb. So it definitely catches your eye when some dummy drives it like it's stolen.

Go down by nait and watch the jacked up diesel loser crew peel out everyday at 3ish. Not sure which course they're in but I'm sure it required penis measurement to pass that one

Yep. It's funny because ask anyone really about dummy drivers. They could get passed by 30 cars and stock trucks and not bat an eye... some big wide tire one though rolling coal... yep its stands out. Even without the black smoke everyone will remember it and not even know what color car blew by them. Make yourself a target...and you reap what you sow. No different than my old inferno red SRT8 Charger... everybody remembered it but nothing of anything else.

Admitting is the first step

Uh huh... considering I'm not some baller in a lifted smoker I can't afford any of the cool lavish things like yourself... so just because i wear your hand me down white Oakleys I shouldn't be targeted.
