It is a delicacy in Japan. Has to be done right. People have died though

Phucking wow............just phucking wow.

I am so ingrained to salmonella, that I can’t eat the raw part that one sometimes finds around the thigh bone.
Raw eggs; been there done that and I can handle those. But the raw chicken is to a whole other level.

Is interesting though he hasn’t got sick. Takes a few days for worms to show up. Unless he’s taking ivermectin. lol
I guess that’s how cavemen ate there chicken till they discovered fire…

made my stomach turn a little watching that. but I did read a few years back about people weening themselves onto raw chicken. according to that your body builds up the proper bacteria to fight off the e.coli and salmonella. that said not sure how anyone could do it based on texture alone.....

Why raw? Why not medium rare or just medium?

But then again, I don't mind a slice of raw bacon once and a while......
