LED Tail/Brake lights in Canada

Anyone know of a dealer/manufacturer for LED tail/brake lights in Canada? I'm looking for a strip light less than 12" long and maximum of 2" high.

I tried Foubarr's website, but the link is dead.

Not many US manufacturers want to ship a small order to Canada for a reasonable price.
