I don't blame the dealership in this matter-except that the motorcycle did not run. I do blame the Alberta registry for voiding a perfectly good NVIS, and forcing me to go through the OOP routine.
It was unfortunate that I had taken possession of the motorcycle before realizing that it did not run. Lesson learned.
