running a timber sled mountain tamer in an 08 nytro how much air for the front and rear shocks 135 in the front 150 in the back seems to be stiff thanks :eek::eek:

been told a trick is to put a zip tie on the travel end and work from there!most say 200 lbs rider 150 back and 60 to75 front on turbo sleds!the tie trick sounds cool! just installed mine so just passing gas!

thanks woodies back too the shop i go i know 135 is way to much in the front shocks :eek:

I am running timbersled front end with fox floats up front..I weigh 190lbs and with out the stabilizer bar on there for me I set the pressure at 100psi...It seems to be just right. Mind you that's on a RX1.

On my apex i'm 110 in the front and 140, 165 in the back. Big guy though and the back fox is valved up to 175.

Hey do you know if there is any size to air ratio chart online that us Apex owners can find the basic settings then tweak from there or is it pure trial and error?

I'm just doing some trial and error personally and using timbersled installation manual as a guide. I've never been on one that is too stiff, you can always remove air just carry the fox pump with ya.
