Gas/Oil intake

when we removed the airbox on the o6 m7 we looked inside the intake and seen a mixture of gas/oil sitting there.Is that normal ?Wasn't alot but still,we thought it should be bone dry there.
Wondering if that might be problem.

Small amount is normal for any two stroke. If it is mostly oil it could be a stuck/failed check valve, some of the M sleds have this problem and it will cause oil to puddle in the air box.
