was wondering what or if anyone carries in a first aid kit?

I have added aspirin to mine, for anyone who may be having a heart attack!

I have also read that Tabasco sauce will save a person rather quickly, by putting the sauce under your tongue for as long as possible( it absorbs into your blood stream immediately). you can also put a spoon full in a glass of water and drink it. liquid or powder cayenne pepper, with heat rating >50,000 units works best.

I always carry hot sauce,just because of the sausage cookin in the cooker.Didn't know ni could save someones life with it .

I carry a basic first aid kit, band aids, gauze, tensors, etc, but added extra triangular bandages and now that you have reminded me it will be getting some aspirin.

I carry a basic kit as well. The aspirin is a good call though, I never thought about that

Add a few extras. Tape, butterfly stitches, maxi pad if it's a bigger cut.

Standard first aid kit, cpr instructions, extra baggie with bigger band aids, gauze , etc, and yes will add Asperins

I carry the St Johns Level A kit, not in the dance bag they supply but in a heavy duty zip lock bag. Cost $25.00 and have one in each Avy bag.

Just had a vehicle in and the person had some fast acting glucose tabs on their keychain, think that would be a good addition in case of a diabetic emergency.

so I'm sure a few have had muscle cramps out riding, pickle juice is supposed to cure it as well as yellow mustard held under the tongue. pick up a couple while visiting your favorite hot dog stand, along with some hot sauce for heart attack. you can also spice up your hot pot meals.
