you mean mud doesn't lubricate the brakes? Uh oh. I noticed that I went through a set in three rides and of course I never ever go though mud(slowly) so I can't imagine what would have worn them out :rolleyes:

The can- am front pads are organic and I would guess the same for the Polaris. I switched to sbc pads and have over 4000 km of dusty muddy riding and the are still at about 40-50 percent pad left
with no difference in stopping performance

Just picked up a set of rears for the first time today. Just rolled over 3000 kms. Guy gave me factory yamaha pads. Had good luck with them. We will if the new set lasts as long.
