How long can you snowmobile in this area. Till the snow disappears or is there a time limit.

I think it's the end of April. The pics don't show the thin snow you have to ride through to get over the pass. Even yesterday I hit plenty of rocks getting there, and that's the best I've ever seen it, usually you hit all of the rocks. A few warm days and the snow will be very thin at the top.

If there is snow go there.

It is Designated for snowmobiles from Dec.1-April 30. We got in a big thing about this last year........Emails,calls,talked in person with Rangers.......

If you look at McLean Creek it says Permitted from such and such dates.....I guess they mean two differnt things.

LOL Snow for Cataract in June???? Now thats funny....... but Im sure by this time last year there was barely any snow at the staging areas and trails were real bare so it is a good year so lets hope the trend stays and next year will be stellar

irrelevent as not sure why you would want too... but you can ride at mclean creek all year round. you can NOT ride the snowmobile only trails, but if you want to take a rip up the 4x4 trails, go ahead!
i confirmed this in person with a ranger in the info station earlier this winter.

It was a hypothetical question. Why would you not want to skidoo in june. Lots of people ski in shorts, why not snowmobiling.
