Carfax or other service?

So I have to sell a vehicle that is part if an estate. I haven't sold a vehicle for many years.
I got a Carfax, now I have a lot of people asking for a different kind of report.
I don't understand what the difference is.

Never heard of anything else, if the carfax isn't good enough i'd tell them to pay for it themselves. IMO though carfax isn't that great, I know many years ago on a vehicle I purchased that was rebuilt the carfax showed clean.

Carfax will only shows accidents fixed by insurance. Dodgy at best.
