Hey guys

I am on the final stretch of completing my snowbike build (2016 ktm 450sxf and 2016 Timbersled mhst) and i am looking to pick up a booster pack just in case my bike wont start up on the mountain. My bike has the new LiFePO4 lithium "iron" battery and I was curious if i need a special booster pack for it or if i can get away with a NOCO booster for a lithium "ion" battery? I appreciate any advice you guys might have!

Thanks

B.B.

My experience is, that as long as the source is the same size or smaller than your battery, boosting is no problem.
I damaged an EarthX Lithium Ion battery, getting boosted from a full size vehicle. Oooops.
Portable power packs should cause no harm.

Also a tip, Lithium batteries also lose performance in colder weather, similar to lead acid batteries.
However, if bike cranks slow, engage starter a couple of times. Wait minute or two, and battery will "wake up" and crank faster.
The opposite of lead acid.
