Smoker pizza. Forgot to snap a picture of the whole thing. This was the plain cheese for my daughter and her friend. So delicious.

Jumbo shrimp on the griddle; tossed in crushed garlic, seasoning salt, cayenne pepper, and olive oil.
Delicious appetizer for the up coming steaks.

A few changes but IMHO, it will enhance an already great recipe. I added 2 tblspn of Worcestershire, 1 large minced garlic clove, and I will seer the patties on a griddle on the Q instead on the stove in a pan. I will reduce the shooms after the burgers are browned and use all the carmelization.
I will also use rice instead of spuds tonight.
