I'm generation Z to a tee, although it was a decent read I think it focused on all the wrong points.

This had potential to be a decent thread until you all feel the need to counsel Joey. The kid doesn't fawking listen, I don't know why you continue to devote all this energy to help guide him. Joey will say "yea yea yea your right" then still do the same $hit, like fawk it, honestly, fawk it.

Im part of a custodial staff at a school and my boss treats me well, she always gives me easy jobs and ive proven my self to her. Done what she says, worked fast and efficiently. Been under her company name for almost 6 months and by next fall i will be leading the cleaning crew, not bad for a 16 yearold eh?
