I hate being the bearer of bad news, as I'm scared of that ignore feature but here goes.....
Crazy Wheeler, Lexy, and Heavy D speak the truth and have given you SOLID advice, they just haven't sugar coated it.
This world can be very rough on a guy,(if you let it) you've got to learn to roll with the punches and not lash out at everyone who says BOO to you. Reread they're posts!!!
Maybe not the nicest way to tell you but they're just giving you darn good advice in a real world way.
If they're etalking to you, they're friends, and a real friend will tell you stuff you DON'T want to hear!
Seeing a counselor doesn't mean you have to see him/her for the rest of your life, you know? But you're getting a lot of good counsel here too, just don't get so PO'd when it's not what you want to hear

Did you ever think he yells because your no good at your job. It is only a job, not a career. Ever put yourself in his shoes, walk a mile in his day? Crazy_Wheeler, Lexy and others are right and there is no need to sugar coat things. Life isn't sugar coated or fair. I have several younger brothers and sisters, and yes I do feel the younger generation has this thought that the world owes them something. Im sure Im not the first and won't be the last to inform you that the world owes US nothing. Respect is earned. Money is earned and life is earned.

I am a boss, and a beleaver that you can catch more fly's with sugar then a fly swatter. However fly's need to be swatted from time to time.

I am only honest, no sugar coating anything in my world

I'm generation Z to a tee, although it was a decent read I think it focused on all the wrong points.

This had potential to be a decent thread until you all feel the need to counsel Joey. The kid doesn't fawking listen, I don't know why you continue to devote all this energy to help guide him. Joey will say "yea yea yea your right" then still do the same $hit, like fawk it, honestly, fawk it.
