Wondered if anyone had used these guys for freeing up equity in a home???

Looking at doing something and thought this might be a way to go. Bank will not HELOC this property we have as it is 1930's build and I do not wish to mortage it.

Anyone had any experience with these guys?

will be the same interest as a credit card the set up is the same as a mortgage the penalty for early pay off is upfront in set up fee an open short term mortgage with bank is better bet these equity guys will sell your loan to an investor
