How much would a good 09 cylinder with with rk tek duel rings drop in pistons and the cylinder head domes from a rk tek head with 200 miles would sell for?

Well its used.... If its still together and can check the compresion u might get more.

Going to say about 1/2 of new.

I would emagine that its the one in your signature? A if it is a 14.1:1 head will be a tougher sale because you have to run race fuel and lots of people dont like that. As for pricing most people are from western canada and your from Oregon our pricing is worlds apart. But tex is close with 1/2 to new price.
