Your #1 mod should be the track, the 670 has the power in stock form to turn a longer track. Go to at least a 144x2 but a 151 is better, I up'd to a 144 first and then the 151 and both were a big improvment over the one before. The next thing would be handlebar riser and ski's and you'll have a very capable mountain sled. Good luck and post pics

Thanks for the nice words Briguy, the sled looks great and glad to hear it's puttin that grin on your face. We'll have to get our sleds together some time when I'm out to Sicamous, next trip out there will be Jan 19-21 if you can get away during the week days.:beer:

Here are some mods you can do - Longer track, handlebar risers and better bars, lightweight hood, 501 rotary valve, change clutching for mountains, gear down, longer front shocks, better skis, twin pipes if you want to tune it more, cut head, 720 or 740 big bore, lightweight seat, just to name a few.

Everything the above people have said:)

Ingredients = 151, anti-rachet drivers, riser, skis, can, snow eliminators and dont forget the windshield that adds and an instant 15 horses:rolleyes:

Final product = Huge Grin:d
