1996 Polaris 300 xplorer help

Hey guys got a 1996 Polaris 300 xplorer, all the wires on the front board where do they go? And what powers that board? I’ve got the engine running and it drives fine, just want to wire back up the fan 4/4 lights and ignition, but I can’t seem to figure out where those wires go,

There’s also a 20 amp fuse? Would that stop power from reaching the board!? Any way to test it!? I’ll take any help I can get thanks guys
