Can you run heated hand warmers and a heated visor at the same time, and is the correct fuse a 20 amp fuse?

Yes you can. Know lots of folks that do.

I have blown the 20 amp fuse that was in the sled, should i put a higher amp fuse in like 25 amps?

Nope, don't do that. You'll may cause damage to something. Does it blow as soon as you turn both on or take a few minutes? Try grip on low setting and heated visor. My 07 xrs I run grips, koso egt gauges, temp gauge, no issues.
