Kuudoos to your number one concern that is getting avalance training. That is your geratest tool and the rest will fall in place from there. Too many people miss that step. Have fun out there.
We have a 800 RZR that we haul on our Crosstracks Deck. We also have a 30' gear box that we pull. We load the RZR sideways on the deck so we don't have to put extension on the deck and everything rides great. Granted a dually 1 ton would be better but we get around just fine with our 1 ton...
I just got back up from visiting a couple of our customers South and North of Swan Hills today and wish I would have taken the sled as the ditches looked awesome!!!!!!!!
I was told by my Polaris dealer that if i dropped a couple of teeth on my gearing on my 12 Pro 800 would benifit the sled for tree riding. Has anyone done this and is it worth it? If so drop 1 or 2 teeth? Should I do any clutching changes? Any input is appreciated.
Best off to book in advance cause it's real busy up there. We book rooms thru work at the Welcome Inn. I personally havent stayed there but our boys say its ok. 780-333-2234

One of our staff seen these 2 sleds sitting on a road in an industrial park north of Red Deer withother misc. stuff laying around as well- oil jugs- some kind of a stand that would go into the reciever hitch of a pickup.
RCMP has them now but said nothing has come up on the VIN's as stolen yet...

Went to Silent Pass for a return ride after Eckville dealer adjusted throttle play and tightened Y pipe and Red Deer dealer fixed airbox seal. Took her to 2200 meters and rode all day without missing a beat. I'm a much happier Polaris owner now. Kuddo's out to both dealers who were very helpful...
