Conditions have been good at Owls head and Blue Lake with more snow in the forecast for the weekend ! The trail has also been in excellent shape ,nice job guys!

OK so i am putting handwarmers on my 08 klx 450 would u splice it in with the headlight as then power would only be there when the bike is running or is there a better way ,hand warmers are under 30 watts hopefully the stator will handle this?:rolleyes:

have thermostat ...bike runs at 135f which is definitely on the cool side working on a engine blanket now to get temps up it seems to run fine just lots of condensate . What would a reasonable operating tempeture be on a 450 4t

its carberated so it didn't run long on its side but these things are heavy enough to pick up when they are on there side lol I'm sure that didn't help ,it makes a fn mess on the garage floor when it defrosts

I have had a considerable amount of milky oil in my airbox and dripping out of the vent hole in the bottom of the air box also the drain line was full when I pulled the plug on it . It is coming from the engine breather line out of the crankcase ,what is this from .This 450 4 stroke is a snowbike

We used a thin foam with a sticky back, do the backside of the panel it is cheap and fast to put on $12 for 50' at aes supplies sealed things up

509 Evolution with sinister x5 goggles . Goggles are matched up to helmet and dont let much air through priced well too . Some goggles do not fit well in certain helmets and you get a lot of air leakage causing fogging and a cold face;)

There should be alot to choose from i use the smaller Klim pack but any board shop should have nice paks for under $100

yes the pipe is close to the hood on these proclimbs . A peice of high temp tape with the insulated material should do the trick . Tape it on the underside of hood good for 1100 degrees we bought some online did 2 air boxes and a few other things for $70

Bikeman powderlite sounds good

I had the torsion spring on my m-8 worked fine but didnt really notice alot of difference . My buddy just put one on his m-10 and the belt rolled off the inside of the secondary never seen that before

Weve actually goy some decent miles on down in the Reddeer river valley 65cm for the month of november and more to come tonite but so far i love it short seat and 2.6 track feels like a boondock dream
