    Whoopsie

I was amazed that the pipe wasnt caved in, it has one dent in it where it was pushed up into the mounting bracket for the ecm. I relocated the ecm to the top of the oil tank years ago. Glad the pipe is good its a Dyno Port set up. But thanks for your offer cause I would go back to stock. Dino

    Whoopsie

I ve tried to get her to upgrade but she just plain likes the sled to much. And for about 130 frogskins worth of parts I wont be parting it out soon. I try to upgrade her sled first , then mine. But it might have to go the other way this time...LOL. Dino

    Whoopsie

Wife fell off her line and went down into the trees, shes ok, and the sled just needs a front bumper and support bracket. She was very fortunate that where this happened she didnt have far to travel before smucking the two trees. Dino

    gearing.

Torque stop ^^^^^. Venting, along with floating the secondary. A 166 or 377 belt from Doo works well. Cleaning the clutches is very important also. We have three Revs and run 19-45 gearing, I think stock gearing was 20 or 21 - 45??? Dino

    bog when turning left

Good post. Our Revs did this also but it didn't make the sled bog, the snow would cause the belt to slip revving the piss outta the Eng. Almost seemed like the sled was leaned over to far and the track was out of the snow, but it was just belt slip. A nice set of vents help. Dino

    bog when turning left

Our Revs did the same, seems they dont breath very well on there left side, air intake is on that side. We installed the SLP cold air intake and the issue went away. Dino

    Installing a new Tail Light

Well I mounted my led light as you did. Problem is when you a bury the sled the compacted snow pushes the snow flap up in to the led breaking the light. I ended up remounting the led as MTNREV did and all is well. Dino

How do i lean out my fuel mixture so my plugs aren't so black??

On my Revs, if I check the plugs after only a moment of idle time they are black. However if I make a hard pull and stop immediately and check them they are light brown. Dino

    06 800 Rev Track Upgrade

Thanks, this set up works very well, like I said drop brackets in the rear will be better. Unfortunately two rides with this track and the pto reed boot failed = lean burn down. :(Waiting for parts...I don't run the track sloppy loose , and haven't seen any wear on the rail tips. Dino

    06 800 Rev Track Upgrade

Went from the stock 151-2 inch 2.52 pitch , to a 155 -2.5 , 2.86 pitch. Installed Avid drivers, and had to drop the skid down and back an inch along with a freedom axle and eight inch wheels to take up the extra track. Droped the drivers from 10 tooth 2.52 to eight tooth 2.86. This gave me 3/4...

    Gearing

Went to a 20 tooth once , up the top speed by about 5 mph. Couldn't hold that speed while climbing...actually lost a couple mph climbing with the 20. Went back to the 19 . My point is track speed helps when your in the deep, the 20 worked well on the flats but the clutchs couldnt shift out...

    Gearing

May I ask what kind of track speed doo you see running this gearing, I am running a 19-45 and only see about 38 mph when in decent snow climbing. Dino
