Went from the stock 151-2 inch 2.52 pitch , to a 155 -2.5 , 2.86 pitch. Installed Avid drivers, and had to drop the skid down and back an inch along with a freedom axle and eight inch wheels to take up the extra track. Droped the drivers from 10 tooth 2.52 to eight tooth 2.86. This gave me 3/4 of an inch clearance on the front cooler. The track to tunnel clearance is tight, but I am building drop brackets for the rear. 19-45 gearing, hollow pins, 415 ramps, black spring on the primary and black with two purple stripe on the roller secondary. Did not need a tunnel ext......... Dino

Didnt want to have to doo a tunnel ext....cant find one unless its to go to a 162....looks gay as hell with a mile of tunnel sticking out behind the track...IMHO. No the track is a camo extreme. ;) Dino

I have also done this and installed the 156x2.5x3.0 pitch camo with an 8'' big wheel kit. I moved the suspension down and back, 7 tooth 3 pitch drivers and a timbersled with 151 rails and timbersled 4 '' drop brackets. Looks good. I also run DJs clutch kit. I see u have the moflow vents too I just put mine on the other day they look great

I would get a anti-stab kit if i were u

Just curious, do you think he really needs it? I was looking at the 5th picture with the drivers and it looks like he only has about 3 inches between the rails & drivers so i kinda doubt it would produce enough slack to stab being so close. Could be wrong just my thought. Nice work by the way.

Thanks, this set up works very well, like I said drop brackets in the rear will be better. Unfortunately two rides with this track and the pto reed boot failed = lean burn down. :(Waiting for parts...I don't run the track sloppy loose , and haven't seen any wear on the rail tips. Dino

after looking at my own sled tonight im going to put one on to avoid wear on my rail tips.(that wer new last season and now showing wear) imo i think he should because there is alot less room there than there is on mine with limiter in stock position...plus its cheap insurence, but do whatever u want thats just what i think
