I hope the keys were not in it. I seem to remember reading or hearing that insurance would not cover these kinds of thefts. Hope I am wrong but insurers seem to wiggle out of paying wherever possible.
I was just talking to my riding partner about where we could find snow.....If anyone heads out to cataract, let us know what you find.....Lets hope we don't start the whole thread about when its ok to ride up there...ooops...I take it back.....
Calgarysledguy, your map was invaluable....We were out on Monday at Chestermere and I gotta say, they do not make it easy for non residents to unload on the big side. We ended up parking where Calgarysledguy suggested, on the se corner of the lake on the side of the road.....

absolutely, trashed trails are the last place to take rookies....how about chestermere? I haven't been there on a sled but its close to the city and may be nice for a relaxing cruise...
My riding buddy called as well and was told to go have fun and report back on the conditions. So that it was we are going to do....Not going to worry about what some flyer says when those in the know say to have fun....
Well we got some snow in Calgary and more is expected. Anyone plan on heading up this weekend? Is sledding permitted there prior to Dec. 1? If anyone is up there in the next few days please post a pic.
