Dads 11 assault he sold with 4500 miles not one problem. The guy that owns it now has 5800 miles on it now still never had the head off

Thing to worry about no. I never put in a kit I customized my own kit putting a more progressive helix in and a stiffer primary and secondary springs in and delrin washers for better back shifting

The nfx would fit In my helmet if I took out the breath box I guess but riding in cold sask I like the breath box. One thing I hate about goggles is they fit different in every helmet and different for every ones face. Hard to find the perfect set up

Fly racing helmet. I actually gave the nfx goggles to my buddy to try in his 509 helmet and they didn't fit right for him. I don't think the size of helmet makes a difference in the size of the shell? Could be wrong tho

That's because polaris only has 5 different keys in all sleds from 2014 dating back to late 80s. There is dots under the wording polaris on the key from one dot to five dots

I bought 4 different goggles this year and I'm 50% happy. Dragon vendettas fit good and tight to your face don't fog up. Dragon nfx are way to big of goggles and don't even fit in my helmet and I wear a xxl helmet. X5s fog up right away, not happy with them as the old sinisters never fogged for...
Sounds like the shocks are shot. The shocks on the 09 assault ain't that good of a shock. My 09 I put the coil overs that are on the 2010s and it was way better shock

I had a 2009 and top speed was 68 mph get 72mph if I jumped on the hard pack.. it was bad always wanted more. so I guess they did change gearing. Im assuming 90 mph is with the powder track the old comp track wouldn't take that speed without lugs flying off.. Thanks for the info
Are the new 2014 Assaults geared low like the 2009 2010s? What is the top speed of the new rmk assaults. Do the come geared different when you snowcheck them with the powder track.
