Trash can turkey is pretty cool, don’t know if I would get away with doing that in the yard or on the driveway in town. Lol

Absolutey you can.
Put an old wash tub or metal catch panfrom a water heater on some brick, place garbage can inside that.and cook on driveway or sidewalk
Only differane is you need a stand for the turkey instead of a stke pounded in the ground.
Works good.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, I hope everyone eats, Drinks and laughs till it hurts.

Got the turkey In the Traeger for some smoking, never did a smoked turkey before figured I give it a try.

I must say, that I was not much of a turkey fan cause the white meat was always too dry etc. That was the best tasting turkey Ive ever had. My inlaws are pretty traditional on making their turkey, and I was nervous they would not like it. It was a success.

Anyone want to buy a 3month old Pro 20 traeger? I now want to get a bigger one.

Bought one years ago from my sister “she sold them” when the Traeger Family owned the company.
Thought I would give it a try ? Sold the $1800 natural gas 6 months later and still have the same Traeger .
Replaced a couple hot rods since .
They are the bomb

“You can taste the difference “
Traeger slogan .
