Ok, this is a multi part question!

I've looked all over western Canada and the western US and can not find the trailer that I'm interested in....?! Let alone a dealer that gives a crap about what I'm interested in and not just the junk they have on their lot.

Some of the features that are a must:
5th wheel that is 3/4 ton towable(35-38 ft)
LCI 6pt Level Up system
18-20 ft of cargo space
open floor plan ( no separate garage )
large heated tanks with 2" quick dump on the fresh water tank
slide in bedroom
roll down rear bunks
dual air
super sized refrigerator
large single or dual entry door side awnings
no slide on entry door side
gen prep (not sure I need a gen set more than what I already have)

Something's that would be nice but not deal breakers:
full body paint
folding wall on a sofa/kitchen slide
dual entry doors
heavy duty dual axles IPO triple axles

definitely not interested in:
45 ft unit
rear ramp party deck with railings and awning
extra speakers/outdoor tv etc
Outdoor kitchen

So the questions are, what manufacture makes this unit(or custom guys), and where would I find one?

With the dollar at 10% difference and travel costs buying in the USA didn't add up for me. It was within $1500 and I didn't include the 10 days it would take to get it. Which ya You can treat it like a holiday. But the numbers on the open range we bought were too close to make the trip. Plus ya never know who your dealing with on the other end. Some have been know to mislead just to get ya there. Just a FYI

Yes the dollar was above par when I picked mine up, but the savings where way more than 10% on my model, also 90% of those trailers all come from the same area in the USA.
The dealer I used met me in North Dakota so my travel time was only 2 days, which wasn't to bad.

I work at happy trails rv in Gp,some things on the list will be tough to get,the open garage is one there is always a patio door to separate the living area from the garage, you can always a second ac in the bedroom, cyclones have lci levelers, slide configurations will depend on floor plan but you will have to look at all of them to find the right one, good luck...you will find it eventually.

There is lots of them, just not that popular up here. Sand sports crowd uses them a lot. There seems to be a few models/brands that have fallen off the radar since the financial downturn.
