At Powder Lites we believe in an uncompromised customer experience and service. That’s why we engineer our Turbo kits as a complete package. We include- AEM wideband, boost gauge, gauge brackets, boost controller, snow dust prefilter, stainless steel/aluminum muffler designed for turbo engines, cam timing jig, ceramic coated turbo housing with ported waste gate, double divorced down pipe and a turbo charger which is ball bearing with water cooling and is capable of 350 hp.
The most exciting part of our kit is the RB3 Rapid Bike EFI control box. The Rapid Bike controller maps fuel and ignition timing and is boost referenced. The EFI controller is also programmable and adjustable by PC, laptop and most Bluetooth compatible PDA’s and mobile phones. This EFI controller can also have two maps, one for low boost- pump fuel and the other for hi boost- race fuel with the flick of a switch. The last option for this box is the studder option for drag racing or hard off the line acceleration. Also we will have available on-line to download new mapping technology at no charge to the customer.
The Powder Lites Turbo kit is engineered to be of the highest quality and leading edge technology, this kit will give you instant throttle response and horsepower capable of 350hp without any upgrades to the Turbo or intercooler. Note: engine-pistons, rods, fuel-injectors and fuel pump will need to be upgraded to run 350hp.
The RB3 Rapid Bike EFI box will also be available to all other sleds regardless if it is stock, turbocharged or supercharged. We are currently working on maps and programs for every application.
