Tool pouch kit location!???

Hey people's friend just bought a 2010 hcr where in the heck is the tool kit ussally located with the short seat!? Can't find it no where maybe cause isn't there lol anywhere else He can look!?? Or anyone selling one

if I remember correctly, those years the tool pouch was velcro'd on the exhaust side...I think

or maybe......underneath the seat
