We just built under the new radon codes...so under your slab concrete you have to use radon rock instead of sand (which is just normal washed rock) and have a pvc perforated pipe about 6 feet long in that rock connected to our sump pit I guess that's where we could test it....problem is your basement can leak radon from anywhere, we have holes in concrete for pluming uner bathtub...gap at walkout wall,snake out access holes,etc. Totally over cautious waste of money IMO

Can you give us a reason why Ron? Kit I bought off Amazon is recommended by local agencies, and approved for Canada. C-NRPP approved (Mike Holmes too I believe).
