Summer tune up

Well I have had enough of this heat and wanted a taste of winter, so I fired the sled up and burned across the lawn into the garage. Now this has happened

So I have a list of needs and wants

needs.
-snow

wants.
-new rear bumper, thnx to a certain m1000
-anti stab repaired
-avid drivers
-air box shelf mod
-pipe and power commander
-doo ski bushings
-aluminum throttle block
-seat, thanks a 07 rev
-powder coat boards and spindles
-Canada sled parts gauge lifter

Got the 03-07 rev ski rubbers, here is a side by side view. They fit in with no cutting or fussing.

Got a part number for the ski doo ski rubbers ?

Yes they are like 14 bucks a piece.

whats he benefit of running the doo rubbers?

I am on my third set of polaris rubbers, last season I saw first hand what happens when the fail and fall out. Ended up with a rmk left out with a broke post.
My ski's on multiple occasions have became stuck with the ski in line with the spindle, tough to describe but the trip over the sled was not fun for me.

I think in kit comes down to how you ride if you will ever have a problem, all the polaris' in my group have had issues with them.

Thinking of powder coat my boards ? Or is it not much more if I sell them and order black ?mmmmm.......
but it would b good to fit same rivet holes ?

Way cheaper to do it yourself, 24 bucks in rivets and 30 a board for the powder coat. I will remove mine in the next day or two and get them in

Well mine is on hold. Friend bought a 2013 with 124km and a bent tunnel..... Working on fixxing it

Well shutdown season was busy. Got some parts and time.

And a new rerecoil rope, this was not an easy thing to replace. But trust me it in there

Ice age anti stab. Better then bdx....

The bent sled is all fixed up and gone home, I have to say installation of those vanamberg plates was not an easy task, you have 6 mins before the glue sets up and the clutch side is tight. First girlfriend tight.


On to mine, thanks to Chris at parkland for getting me what looks like the last rsi billet throttle block available.... Anywhere
