I'd believe it, they weren't very high when they ejected.

A news feed out of Kamloops reported two pilots , the male ejected but female went down with the plane . The plane crashed into a house and the elderly occupants got out unharmed. I’m sure there will be many photos and a lot of speculation upcoming but as I have learned with all news sites they have a knack for getting the story wrong. For example Global News reported yesterday that the snowbirds had come through Revelstoke yesterday but that didn’t happen as Parks Canada was conducting an avalanche shoot and the pass was a no fly zone.

This is eerie. I watched them do a pass over the downtown in Salmon Arm yesterday. Today a crash and one pilot dead. RIP

It is tragic.

The whole snowbird program is another example of a complete waste of tax payers $$.

Man that sucks, they might be a waste of money, but every time I see them I enjoy them.

I used to live not far from there, it would have been horrible to see. RIP to the pilot and best wishes for all the families involved.

Yes as much as it costs it brings a sense of pride to Canadians. Its time to upgrade the Tudors though. They are now 60 years old.
