What a great weekend in Edson. Had a new snowandmud member join us all the way from Ontario(well kinda, he just moved here in July). Newboro3 is his handle on here. On saturday we did about 93 kms, gas getting low. Sunday did about 85kms, lotsa gas to spare. Found a whole bunch more trails that we had no idea were out there, more exploring to come next year for sure. Saw a black bear while having lunch break on Sunday, he walked right out from the bush just up the trail that we had just come down. Today we did another 30 kms and saw another black bear. Back from Valemount and we had a hoot. Looks like the weather man hasn't been too kind to Valemount this year and there were a number of bridges taken down, dead fall, and access to our favorite trail wiped out by an avalanch, but we managed to get around everything except the avalanch and had a great adventure in the process.

Looks like everyone had a good weekend! I was almost loaded up to go out west, and we decided last minute to take it easy and go to Drumheller for the weekend. Had a good time...but haven`t taken the quads out for a while. I`m gettin ansy!
