Scrambler tranny

Anyone got a scrambler they're parting out? Need a tranny, fixing a buddy's and this is what it looks like........

Wow that sucks, if your going as far as putting in a whole trans try and find one out of a 500 sportsman. From what i heard they bolt right in and you gain a low gear.

We've got a complete 1998 Scrambler 400 we'd be interested in parting with, it was involved in a highspeed roll over this summer body and front suspension is poor, however the motor/transmission/diffs etc are all good.

Let me do some research on this, Polaris told me only an 02 would work??!!!

In looking at the parts fiche between a 2002 & a 1998, the Gearcase assembly is the same number.

So how much u want for it? Urs is 4x4 too? We live close, it would be perfect.

Yes its a 4x4, and I'd sell the whole unit not just the tranny.
