s/c apex oil oil change

what oil are peeps using for their s/c apex engine and is an oil change on these a major ordeal?

Oil shouldn't change with a sc install, I'm still using Castrol Syntech 0w-30. Oil change isn't much more difficult than stock (it was a PITA on a stock machine). You have to pull the IC off and the battery and tray to get at the filter.

I have, in the past, changed oil and filter every year. Me, I'm planning on just changing the oil every season and filter every other year from now on. My oil comes out like new every time I change the oil (1500kms/season).
