rust removal/ repaint?

Hey, just wondering what would be the best way to remove some rust from my trailing arms and what kind of paint to use to repaint it. any help would be great.

Sandblast is the best way. And if you can find it Endera paint is tough as he!! If you go to an industrial paint shop they can hook you up with some.
