Im curious, I'm doing some one off customization to my pro rmk build, I'm wondering, since I'm new to this brand, when one does a headlight delete, do you need resistors wired in in place of the headlights? I want to be able turn my headlights completely off once sled is running using a switch, until I need them on. So basically, I need to know if I just bridged a switch to disconnect power going to my headlight so I can turn it off and on at will, will I fry something or will I be fine. Also, my sled is the non electric start version

You definately need to keep some sort of load on the electrical system. Most people will install resistors to take the load. I installed a second voltage regulator. Its seems alot easier. it just bolts onto the belt cover and plugs in.
