You can build a house from scratch for same price...
I know someone that bought from Bold and all went well. After the fact they looked at how much they spent and they realized the could have built a real house.

all depends on your location I guess. I went with Grandeur everything was good, house is built real well for not being "real" I guess. It cost me 62% of what it would have being built on site and didn't take up my entire summer. Showed up, sewin togeather, move in and done.
