All thoes wheels ??? Do you mean the two extra in the front ?? because the rest kinda have to be there.
For the last 5 seasons havent ran anymore than the top 2 and the back wheels and I get 2 seasons on sliders wheels are good for low snow conditions nice sled anyways just my 2 cents

Ya same with me with my 2.5 inch track but this is a 3 inch track bud and come spring time it will need that other set of wheels.

Maken some headway on the pro. I went with a rear fox set up for better controll and adjustability on the fly. Fox evol x comming for the front also.

What exactly is needed to go from a stock 2012 163" track to a 163" 3" track?

Do they only make them 16" wide?

I believe you will have to have an avid chain case to provide clearance for the paddle, but I don't believe that a 16" will fit but I'm not sure on that part.

Awesome sled, but curious to how you guys are cutting the tracks down to fit your tunnel. Table saw?
