So i finally bought a new truck to hall the the toys around!! I bought a 05 chevy dmax, its a crew cab so i was wondering if anyone has been able to stuff any subs behind the seats??? If so, where did you find the box to fit back there? Or who made it?

you can mount 4 10" subs boston accoustics behind the seat in a custom box with proper air space.i had this done in my 07 crew cab.had an amp rack under the seat.the boys at JB's in edmonton did it for me

i've only got a ext. cab, but i got a custom box made out of fibreglass... really like it. i only got it built for half the seat as i still wanted room to store my straps/cables/compressor. i've changed the sub to the mtx one recently as it is a better sub, but the original sony looked cleaner. amp is screwed into the wall behind the seat and hard to access, good thing it was setup well the first time!

i had 4 kicker 10'' subs with two kicker 1200.1 amps mounted behind the seat of my 2006 gmc sierra crew cab sounded amazing got all the stuff from ebay for under $1200 canadian installed it for $1500 with the new box and everyhting but definately recommend the kickers they fit in super tight spaces and sound incredible

Jared from barrhead built mine for under the seat im my old truck and it worked really good! had the amp behind the seat. Im sure he would give you a deal too!!
