Source Innovations Ltd. is pleased to announce that TOM at TKILLC is very close to completing and releasing the AXYS belt drive kits.

Here is a 2.42:1 version that will work to replace the chain drives on the models with the 3" tracks.

Tom is also close to releasing the backer plate that updates the 13-15 style to fit the 16 quick drive sleds.

More gearing and details to come.

So what is the final drive ratio with the 7 tooth drivers ?

you should be able to figure it out from this:

About 2.63

Bottom gear is a 58, top gears will be
24/2.41
25/2.33
26/2.23
27/2.14 .
might even do a 23 top.

Can get away with it because of the 8500 rpm motor ?? Just my guess

Also because it is a mountain sled... no need to go 70mph.

That's a really nice looking kit! That is super LOW gearing though

Its only because you are used to 2.09 of the 15 and earlier stock Pros. Ski-doo was up near there last year and had to do that to stop frying belts. The thing is Polaris can see good gains with this gearing if the helix is changed to allow the motor to load. Right now you probably only use 1/2 your clutch.
