I gave up watching Daytona and Talladega races. To me going around in a big pack til the big crash is not entertaining and you know someone always does something stupid on the last lap and wipes out half the field.

Its captivating but is in all essence a 500 mile demo derby. To decide who gets in and who doesn't in this manner is great TV but poor common sense.

JTG team owner Brad Daugherty said today they will only be running a single car team next year. Ricky Stenhouse will continue to pilot the 47 car and Ryan Preece will lose his ride in the 37 car as that car will no longer run. They are actively trying to help Ryan find a ride in another series or with another team.
