That biologist hanging out the door with the tranquillizer and radio collar really thinks this is good science.

Be alot less invasive on the animal if it was tracked and tranqued from a sled. Prob cost the tax payers a little less dooing it off sled instead of the heli. Saw the big northern herd go accross at swimming point and the herders were on sleds.JMO

Its obvious that they are struggling through the snow to make it to some nearby skiers for protection. Thats what they all do, all the time. Well, I gotta run, a few of my caribou buds just stopped by for coffee.

20' of nylon rope tossed at the rotor might fix the problem. Safer and easier to get the id and call it in to authorities.
