Ok I have a 2011 nytro and have some minor upgrade so I have 150 hp and I would like to turbo it and I was wondering if I got a 180 mcx turbo kit if I would end up having around 200 hp cause that is what I am looking for .

I have a nytro mcx 180 and it's absolutely bullet proof. It's my ditch sled and has 8700 km on it. I can hold it it wide open forever and no worries about the motor. I'm way impressed with how good of a sled it's been. It has a 153 track. I have rode it in the mountains as a spare a few times but not enough track under it for big revy snow. But at home it runs dead even with my brothers crossfire 1000 on the lakes. I only had trouble with the automatic boost control so I Installed a turbo smart manual boost controller. The auto boost compensator will freeze up in cold weather -20 and under or over boost. If you like your sled you will love this kit.

I run a 2010 with the 180 MCX and I think it's great too. Super durable, very reliable, and really hassle free. I run the 163" track and have no complaints in the deep pow. I'd highly recommend the MCX 180 kit. No complaints. If you just want to high mark, go with the 270, or whatev. But for all around jibbing, tree bashing, and general climbing, it's really really good.

I'd say depending on your boost and fuel, it'd be close to 200hp. I've never had mine on a dyno, but it seems to pull harder than most 800s that are modified and claiming to make 180hp. A lot has to do with set up.

The 180 MCX is a great kit. Have 7000km of hassle free riding and still going strong. Great throttle response compared to the 240/270 kit. Go buy one.:d

Hello all
I'm installing the new 190 mcx, and looking at input on the clutching. What weights/rivets are you running? It's a stock MTX 153, most of my riding in Sask, and the Mountain riding is Cooke City ( 7000-10,000 )

the 180 kit with a manual boost control turned up to 9psi will make roughly 200hp, however MCX upgraded the kit to a 190 this year and i am seeing very close to 10psi at 6000ft running 100LL fuel. No issues.
