I cant say that I would trust it yet. It has only been cold of a week or so. I would wait another week maybe two for sure

I was out there yesterday and noticed alot of wet patches on the lake. Even the bay at Ross Haven seemed thin. I wouldn't recommend anyone go out on the ice for another couple of weeks, but if this cold snap keeps up it could be sooner.

We have been breaking through the ice on the quads for the last couple weekends so I wouldnt try to cross any lake yet.

i live at lake isle 30 km away. Two hits with the axe and it hits water . i walked most the lake infront of my cabin
