KLIM Clothing - warranty and repairs in Alberta

I sent my gear to Steve at Outdoor Aproach. my bibs failed the water test and my jacket passed. I paid $30 to have the jacket re-waterproofed and they sent my bibs to Klim. jacket back in about 3 days and bibs back in 7 including shipping time.

ive sent my pants in for a huge tear in them awesome job in repair work they replaced the complete
rear panel warranty did not cover them but it only cost me 45 bucks and they reinforced the leg cuffs
the side rails are tough on them, torn to shreds Out door Approach does awesome work
