how do i get spider off clutch

Hey guys, I am tryin to change the rollers in my primary on 2009 800 dragon RMK. I took the outer cover, and spring off, removed spider jamb nut but I can not get the spider to turn off ???? Any ideas??? what am I doin wrong???? is there an easier way to change rollers???

lot's of heat as they are installed with green loctite, and tourqued to about 200-220 foot lbs. probably have to use a snipe.
