Honda air forks on a snow bike questions

Thinking about putting a timbersled kit on my 2013 honda 450. I just heard that the air forks don't work so well in the winter. Do they actually fail or just not the best performance? Can someone fill me in on what goes on. Thanks

Talk to timbersled -- the seals usually fail and you end up with a flat fork not good if you have a long trail out.

I believe they have some remedies that help lots of guys buy old forks of eBay to get around it.
